Our three luxury self-catering traditional Lakeland stone cottages here on the farm are let by the week and are just as popular in winter as they are in summer. Occasionally we can offer short breaks but these are usually in the quieter months of January and March

Set one field back from the main road in a sunny, elevated position, the farm faces south and west and enjoys dramatic open fell views.  All the farm properties have been lovingly restored with today's creature comforts, having the benefit of open fires and central heating.

There are three self-catering non-smoking properties at Broadrayne Farm - the Lodge (sleeps 2/3), the Cottage (sleeps 3)  and the Woolloft (sleeps 4-5). 

Together our cottages can accommodate in combination up to 11 people but as these are all very busy throughout the year you would need to book well in advance to have them in combination.  All nestle around a picturesque farmyard.  All are ETC  4 stars. Additional facilities include,  Sauna, drying room, payphone, fax and email on site.  Cycle and boat storage available. Pets welcome by arrangement.
